The After Rant Clarity
I actually wrote this Saturday, but I’ve queued up to put some space between some posts.
Even though I’m pissed off at CB, My income is still up from August by almost double. That being said, August wasn’t a good month. The other thing going for me this month that is one of my goals I set. I said I was going to create one new landing page a day and write 10 articles linking back to it (1 article/day). I ended up starting this little experiment on the 8th of September, CB went to shit on the 10th and at this point I’m pretty happy with it. Even with CB’s turmoil, I was able to squeak out 9 sales just from the experiment part. Most of the landing pages don’t even have 10 articles to them. What I really liked about it was the fact that it sort of got me out of my comfort zone. I started trying really new and different products I’ve never thought of touching before. A lot of the products are hit and miss, there’s not much I can do about it. At the end of the day, I now have a pretty nice portfolio of products that are proven to sell for me. As well, a few other products will probably start converting a few months from now. After I wrote the little rant yesterday, I immediately logged into my Paydotcom account and started to go through potential products to sell. I have to admit, I’m still not impressed. I suppose if I sold “Make Money” stuff, I’d be more into it because it is primarily webmaster stuff. With all that said, I did find a few things I think might have some potential. Of course, I do need to do a little research on them to make sure that is so. I also took a look at Share-A-Sale. I heard of this site before, but when I went to the website, it looked so unprofessional. Last night I had clarity, no site could be this awful and basic. I realized my Adblock Firefox Addon was just cutting everything out, but the basic text. I ended up looking at the products there and I was a little more excited about this. There was some very unique niches I could get into. They have all sorts of different pay structures, like 20% commission, pay for leads and just flat commissions. Obviously, I’m going with flat commissions as often as I can. And yes, there are some that are worth wild. The plan is to just finish off my one landing page a day experiment. No more landing pages, just finish up the article writing. I’m going to do some research and find 5 potential products from Paydotcom that I could make money with. Than I’m going to find another 5 potential products from Share-a-sale that I could make money on. I’m going to build landing pages and articles for all of them (over a 2 week period) and see what happens. I’ll still be writing articles for my CB products too, so there’s really no risk.
