See You In Hell Clickbank
I've been using Clickbank for 212 days and I'm finally calling it quits with them over their severe neglect. I've sort of been conflicted about it since I've put in so much work to build up such an income, but I just can't put up with this blatant bullshit.
As you can see from the screenshot, it's real fucking bullshit. Unfortunately the problems didn't start on October 14th, which appears to be a nice long streak of shitless sales. It started on September 24th, which is a new pay period I believe. The Sexy Story... Up to the 24th of September, I was swimming in sales. It was a great time to be a Clickbank affiliate. Banks were collapsing, but my sales were strong. But what happened? A new pay period started on the 24th and I've been cast to absolute shit! The 24th was an interesting pay period because the pay period preceeding it was record income. Guess what happened on the 24th? Zero sales. 25th? Zero sales. 26th? Zero sales. At this point I'm losing my mind. I'm sending a ton of traffic to Clickbank, much more than usual. I decide to work harder. 27th? Zero sales. 28th? Zero sales. 29th? Zero sales. At this point I'm officially going nuts. I decide to email Clickbank a firm, but polite complaint about this problem. Some douchebag got back to me later that day and proceeded to tell me that I was sending quite a bit of clicks, but the problem was obviously on my end. Normally, I would of emailed back telling this guy to shut the fuck up and not patronize me. Yes, I have a tendency to tell off people that bullshit, even if it involves my money. PartyPoker didn't have the balls to return that email. What was waiting for me??? A sale, just 6 minutes after he replies. Ahhh. It just magically started to work. I say magically because the problem was on my side and some fairy must of dropped some pixie dust on it. I had another sale within a few hours. The sales seemed to be working again, at least for a few days. Than everything just went to sporadic shit. You can do the math, so that's basically early October up to the 14th of pure sporadic crap. That should bring you up to date with my nightmare called Clickbank. My Final Thought I'm not sure if you're having problems with Clickbank. You could be having a minor decline due to the economy or you might not have a problem at all. All I know is that I'm a good affiliate and I got fucked over. You can view that in whatever way you want. This is happening to me even though I work my ass off and built of a substantial income with this business. I'm fucked over so bad that instead of being able to fully support myself, I'm going to have to get a job. You may not be getting screwed over today, but I'm sure your time will come along, soon enough. I suggest you diversify your ass off. Get as far away from Clickbank before they STEAL your sales away from you with their neglect. What I'm going to do... Well over this week I hope to replace every single Clickbank affilate link and replace it with something. ANYTHING BUT CLICKBANK's shit. October 20 2008
