Goals For September 2008
Well, I’m sort of a little late for setting goals, but I guess “better late than never”.
Lately I’ve been feeling behind. I just feel like I have so much to do. It is the fall and I want to be prepared as hell for the sales. I want to make them all. That means a lot of work needs to get done. So I have some very rigorous goals set for this month. One Landing/Sales Page a Day I want to do this for a few reasons. The first is to increase my virtual real estate. The second reason is that I need to diversify a bit. I always seem to be playing catch up in this department. I end up continuing to submit articles to pages that aren’t generating me any sales. When it comes to the final reason, it’s about finding those products that do sell. You can look at the gravity, referral rate and whatever else, but you don’t know if it is going to make you sales or not until you try. A lot of them are hit and miss. To get more hits, you have to increase the amount of shots you take. For each landing page I create, I have to write 10 articles for each of them. At one landing page a day, and the rate I create articles per day, I should be able to stay in a reasonable position and not get back logged. Launch Two Products This should be generally easy for me to do. I already have them pretty much ready to go now. I just need to do a lot of the leg work of getting testimonials and making affiliate pages. Just a lot of the little things I didn’t anticipate when I first started creating them. — Those are my two big goals. I will complete them and I’m sure they’ll be the most time consuming ones I’ve set. I do have some little ones like increasing sales, regularly submitting to Buzzle and maybe even setting up a JV.
