EzineArticles is Slow - Does it Matter?

If you’re a daily article writer for EzineArticles you would of noticed the happy little message in the members area staring back at you. Verbatim: We’re experiencing higher than normal submission volume, so the time it will take for article acceptance will be 5-7 business days.

It doesn’t appear to be there anymore, but I’m still experiencing a bit of a slow down. I usually had articles accepted within an hour or two, but it’s going at about 48hrs now. I hear a lot of people are complaining, and I guess it’s so. I have been diversifying my article submitting, so it’s no big deal for me.

But when you get down to it, does it really matter?

It doesn’t matter

You don’t want to be a short term webmaster. You’re in it for the long term, so stop worrying about the length of time, just do your work. It doesn’t really matter if it takes them 30 days to accept submissions. All that matters is that they do get accepted. As long as you do it consistently, than you’ll get daily consistency.

Stop worrying so much about the short term. The short term webmaster is the long term failure. Submit, like you always do. Be consistent and diversify.
